Abstract

We report 22.4Gbps photonic wireless transmission at a low optical received power level in 1km optical fiber. In the 1m wireless transmission demonstration (6Gbaud, 16QAM), a new high-sensitivity photoreceiver and a new calibration software technique have been developed.
