Abstract

New 64-channel, high voltage drivers have been developed for emissive flat panel displays. These 300 V drivers consist of a PMOS & NMOS pair and employ a shielded-source structure to eliminate the parasitic bipolar effect. 150 mA and 100 mA current outputs, respectively, were obtained from the NMOS and PMOS devices.
