80 Gb/s DQPSK modulator

Abstract

We present high-speed differential quadrature-shift-keying modulators based on LiNbO3 waveguide device technologies, which can be applicable for over 80 Gb/s transmission systems. Bias condition monitor technique is also investigated for automatic bias stabilization scheme.
