    Abstract

In this study, we are intends to enhance our method before in solving determination of distribution location center by using bio-soft approach. Before, we have proposed to employ length based approach in order to represent distances. However, by using this approach, we cannot present real distance value due to length of sequences constraint. Thus, in this paper, we proposes to employ melting temperature to represent a distances in real values. A numerical example is presented to show how this approach has work. Biochemical approach has been uses to obtain the optimal solution.
