Abstract
In this paper, we consider an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) multi-cell system where multiple access ability user equipment (UE) exists. A two-level feedback scheme is used to collect information of each cell. Two kinds of channel state information (CSI) are fed back to base station (BS) within one cell while BSs use a greedy algorithm to reduce the feedback to a centralized Channel Distributor. The traffic load and access ability of UEs are considered together in BS side in order to guarantee Quality of Service (QoS). Finally, a System Capacity (SC) and System Unsatisfactory Degree (SUD) tradeoff algorithm is proposed to allocate channels to cells. Simulation experiments show that the proposed scheme is able to increase the throughput and to meet the traffic load requirement of the system.
