Abstract

The conventional approach cannot meet the requirement of physiological signal analysis to extract the main component of the acquired signal. This paper proposes a non-uniform sampling strategy with corresponding fast Fourier transform (FFT) for signal component analysis. The simulation results of different approaches are analyzed and compared. The proposed strategy has the superior anti-aliasing performance than conventional approach with lower sampling rate.
