    Abstract

    This chapter explores the theory and methods of achieving well-being, focusing on meditation as a behavioralphysical- psychological training system. It includes a discussion of the training system of zen, yoga training, types of meditation methods, simple techniques for meditation, systems for practicing meditation, conditioning in meditation, mindfulness in meditation, and the effects of the meditation method.
