Abstract

Rescue vehicles arriving at the accident site on time are essential for road rescue. The problem is heavy traffic causes difficulties in ensuring a quick rescue. Unintentionally or intentionally, the vehicles ahead do not necessarily give way. An informative and incentive mechanism to encourage more people to transfer road rights in emergencies is required to solve the problem. We have proposed a blockchain-based cooperative incentive system consisting of a program to ask drivers for road priority combines a incentive smart contract to reward those who transfer road rights to vehicles during emergencies.
