Abstract

The characteristics of Single-sided Linear Induction Motors (SLIMs) with two types of secondary structures based on the numerical analysis method were explored. In the viewpoint of secondary induced currents, an attempt was made to clarify the transient phenomena at the boundary between the solid-plate conductor secondary section and winding one.
