Abstract

The chemical structure of phosphasene-modified perfluoropolyether (A20H) on a diamond-like carbon (DLC) film was studied using the molecular sensor. Raman spectra of lubricant on DLC films before/after UV irradiation were detected clearly using the molecular sensor with plasmon antenna. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the Proceedings of World Tribology Conference (Kyoto, Japan 9/6-11/2009).
