Abstract

W-band coherent radio-over-few-mode-fiber transmission system is presented, featuring an optical/wireless converged MIMO DSP. Power fading of radio signals incurred by mode coupling-induced crosstalk and its mitigation technique by the mode assignment and filtering are studied.
