Abstract

A MEMS based micro direct methanol fuel cell (μ DMFC) was realized on the plastic substrate. Hot embossing is utilized to fabricate the polymer micro channels, and spray coating method is applied to fabricate 3-D micro electrodes structure on the polymer substrate. Power generation was conformed with the first prototype μ DMFC device.
