N2 - We propose a high-speed CPFSK/MSK modulation technique using a single-stage monolithic-integrated dual-arm driven FSK modulator. By measuring phase trajectory, we directly confirmed that the externally modulated lightwave was truly continuous in phase to form CPFSK/MSK.
