Abstract
Nonrecursive filters for sampled data filtering of analog signals using bucket brigade devices (BBD's), which are a kind of charge transfer device, are realized. Unsymmetric weighting of Fourier coefficients is used to compensate the attenuation of analog discrete signals transferred through the BBD circuit. By the use of unsymmetric weighted coefficients, desired filter characteristics can be realized satisfactorily. This is substantiated by actually building experimental filter circuits and comparing the experimental results with the theoretical filter characteristics.
