Design strategies for building mobile crowdsourcing services

    Abstract

    In this paper, we present an overview of three community-based mobile crowd sourcing services that we have developed as case studies. We then extract four lessons learned from our experiences to show that motivating people is an important factor in designing mobile crowd sourcing service. The extracted lessons are essential to successful design strategies for developing future crowd sourcing services.
