Abstract

The purpose of the investigation is to develop the automatic earthquakeproof device to be set at the openings of the building just before a big earthquake. The automatic device provides a receiver of earthquake early warnings of the Meteorological Agency. The earthquake-proof devices are set in the structure as soon as the receiver catches the earthquake early warning or the seismograph records the designated seismic intensity.
