Effect of temperature on mechanical oscillation of self-oscillating gel

    Abstract

    Living organisms take in the energy and transfer the energy to the kinetic energy. In the process, living organisms has periodic rhythms like heart without stimulus and move automatically. In our previous studies, we proposed a robotic actuator which consumes initial chemical substrates and moves automatically with periodic motion. The temperature is important factor for self-oscillating gel. In this paper we measured the change of the Hue inside the gel and evaluate it.
