Abstract
A method for setting the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) themes to enable a company to select an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package is presented. The method uses business sheets for setting the BPR themes of the company. The method involves recognizing the transformation of the management environment and the current mechanism of business operations inside the company; confirming mismatches between the transformation and the business operations recognized; and setting necessary BPR themes to break through the mismatches.
