N2 - A novel one step approach to fabricate superhydrophobic and superoleophilic electrodeposited coatings is reported. By performing additional surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP) from the coating, a further change in wettability of the substrates to a variety of liquids was observed.
