Abstract

Laser-phase-noise-insensitive optical coherent transmission of a radio-over-fiber signal with two-tone local light and digital signal processing technique is experimentally demonstrated. The estimated BER of less than 10-9 is successfully achieved after 20-km-long fiber-optic transmission.
