Filter-less multi-tone coherent orthogonal detection for multi-channel reception of super-channel/OFDM signals

Abstract

Multi-tone coherent-matched detection is demonstrated for multi-channel reception of superchannel/OFDM signals without optical filters for channel selection. Assisted with MIMO equalization, interleaved 23×20Gb/s QPSK are orthogonally demultiplexed.
