Abstract

This paper presents the final shape prediction by using the ROT, DC, Coil Yard consistent simulator in hot rolling plant. First, the developing motive of this simulator is described. And, the object process, the fundamental equation and the model of the simulator are introduced. Next, the implementation of the simulator is explained. Finally, the results of final shape prediction by field experiment are reported.
