    Abstract

In the process of the recent deregulation, the transactions of the electricity among areas have been increased. Especially, the tie-line ATC (Available Transfer Capability) is one of the important indices in the transactions. Conventional researches for ATC have mainly focused on the fast calculation, but it is expected that more flexible transactions will be possible by improving ATC. This paper proposes a generator output adjustment method for improving the transient stability ATC.
