Abstract

Model Driven Architecture (MDA) has become an effective and widely used approach to software development. In many cases, however, the focus of MDA is on the generation of logic, and insufficient attention is paid to Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs). Usable GUIs are important because users employ them to interact directly with software, and it is therefore necessary to support their development using MDA as a foundation. In our research, we propose a method for describing GUI models and transforming these into more detailed models based on MDA.
