High BsCoFe thin films prepared by electrodeposition

Abstract

In this paper, preparation of high magnetic flux density CoFe thin films by electrodeposition was investigated. The film composition was analyzed by the X-ray fluorescence and glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy. The crystal structure was examined by X-ray diffraction.
