Improved characteristics of polymer waveguide-type Kretschmann-structure surface plasmon resonance sensor at 1500nm wavelength range

    Abstract

    We fabricated the improved waveguide-type Kretschmann-structure surface plasmon resonance sensor by precisely controlling the fabrication process to show better characteristics close to a theoretical value of 60/RIU for a wider refractive-index range.
