Increase on the resistivity of electrolessly deposited high B s CoNiFeB thin films

Abstract

The phenomena of increase on the resistivity of electrolessly deposited high B s CoNiFeB thin films was analyzed. The effect of addition of β-alanine into the plating bath on magnetic electric properties of electroless CoNiFeB was observed. The results showed that the value of resistivity increased as a function of β-alanine concentration.
