Abstract

It was demonstrated that the intravenous administration of the rabbit antiserum to prostaglandin(PG) synthetase (cyclooxygenase: COase) to immature superovulated rats resulted in the inhibition of both ovulation and PG production in the follicles. The intracellular localization of the administered antiserum in the follicular cells was investigated immunocytochemically by light and electron microscopy.
