Abstract
We demonstrated low phase noise millimeter-wave generation by using an reciprocating optical modulator. A lightwave modulated by 44GHz millimeter-waves was obtained from a microwave signal, with low phase noise of -88.5dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset.
