Abstract

This paper describes all Neoflon microfluidic device which can be applied for chemical and/or toxic reaction using the organic solvents or the strong acids. The low temperature embossing and bonding is utilized to fabricate the microchannel. High performance nanoliter (nl) sample injecter integrating pneumatic microvalves with accuracy of 2.7 % coefficient of variation (CV) was realized.
