Novel SWGMS structure for high-sensitive refractive index sensing employing first and second Bragg-grating modes

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

First and second Bragg-grating modes in subwavelength grating multi-slot structures are newly employed for Si waveguide sensors. High sensitivities of 813 nm/RIU for the first mode or 30 dB for the second mode are simulated.
