Optical frequency sweep technique using single sideband modulation

Abstract

We demonstrated optical frequency sweep using optical single sideband modulation technique, where the frequency shift range was 2GHz-10GHz. Undesired sidebands due to electric phase errors can be compensated by synchronized bias control.
