Abstract
We attempted to decrease of the measurement time by introducing a tabu search optimization algorithm to the phase distribution measurement of adaptive optics. The algorithm used for comparison in the simulation were simulated annealing, tabu search, and a hybrid algorithm that combines both algorithms. Compared with the simulated annealing, although the measurement time for the tabu search was reduced, the standard deviation was increased. For the hybrid, both the measurement time and the standard deviation decreased.
