Abstract

Polymer waveguide-type Kretschmann-structure surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor was studied for compact, low-cost remote sensing application operated at 1550nm wavelength range. In order to confirm the fundamental operation, a concentration of 2-propanol in water was changed to attain 136/RIU.
