Abstract

We propose a pump-linewidth-tolerant wavelength conversion scheme with coherent two-tone pump, and demonstrate high quality wavelength conversion of 64QAM signals with <0.3- dB penalty at BER of 10-3 even using 3.5MHz-linewidth DFB pump source.
