Abstract

Seamless conversion from millimeter-wave radio signals to optical baseband sig- nals was demonstrated using a direct IQ down-converter. Hybrid optical and millimeter-wave signal transmission was performed using a conventional digital-coherent receiver, without any special algorithms.
