Abstract

Single-cell RNA-seq analysis has been widely used for revealing heterogeneity of cells in various tissues and conditions. The goal of our research is to elucidate a variety of responses of individual leukocytes in inflammatory stimulation by analyzing their transcriptomic heterogeneity. In this research, we present an analysis of single-cell transcriptome data of mouse leukocytes in several inflammatory stimulations.
