Sintering of non-stoichiometric Nd1-xMnO3-y powders prepared by a coprecipitation method

Abstract

The sintering of the non-stoichiometric powders confirmed that Nd1-xMnO3-y has a relative density of greater than 97%. To make a comparison, the powders of Nd1-xMnO3-y was also tried to be sintered by solid state method. The sintered bodies with high relative density of greater than 97% were prepared by coprecipitation method.
