Solitary waves for Klein-Gordon-Maxwell system with external Coulomb potential

Abstract

We consider the coupled Klein-Gordon-Maxwell system. First we prove a non-existence result of solitary waves for this system, and then we show an existence result in the case that a small external Coulomb potential is introduced in the corresponding Lagrangian density.
