Abstract
The superconductor-insulator (S-I) transition in ultra-thin films in a random two-dimensional system was discussed. The critical value of disorder corresponding to the transition point was found analytically by Matsubara-Matsude model and Green's function method. Superconducting order parameter was calculated as a function of randomness with the gapless condition and its influence to S-I transition was investigated.
