Abstract

SuperENC is an MPEG-2 video encoder chip developed with a three-layer integrated architecture for encoder versatility, high-quality video, and compactness. With these features, SuperENC is a leading-edge chip that applies to a wide range of encoder systems for digital broadcasting and digital storage media, as well as new communication services.
