    Abstract

In Japan, as the ratio of the elderly population has increased, the potential need for home-visit nursing has also increased. But home-visit nursing is not familiar yet, because the services have not been visualized and standardized, and thus are still difficult to understand. In this study, we aim to visualize and standardize the home-visit nursing services, based on PCAPS, in order to structuralize home-visit nursing services, and thus to promote the diffusion of it.
