Ultra high-speed LN modulator technology and its applications

Abstract

This paper describes recent progress of high-speed lithium niobate (LN) modulator technologies for digital and analogue applications. LN provides precise and high-speed optical modulation. Various types of signals can be generated by using integrated devices.
