Abstract

This letter investigates the information-theoretic privacyutility tradeoff. We analyze the minimum information leakage (f -leakage) under the utility constraint that the excess distortion probability is allowed up to ∈ ∈ [0; 1]. The derived upper bound is characterized by the ∈-cutoff random transformation and a distortion ball.
