Abstract

For the purpose of obtaining the real situational information about the use of the cell phone by senior people, the questionnaire research focusing on calling operations and mailing operations was conducted for 63 senior people and 68 young people. The result showed that senior people have less knowledge and less motivation for solving problems by themselves.
