Abstract
This paper describes an approach to provide the wheeling power price using the contribution and the transmission distance. To estimate the contribution and the transmission distance, the automatic contribution method and the conventional complex DC power flow calculation are applied. The East Japan 10-generators and 47-buses model of IEEJ is examined by this method. The result shows a suitable wheeling power price and feasible implementation of the tariff for the system under the deregulated market operation.
