At first standing work means standing not sitting, and to work. It is said that it is effective in productivity improvement and improvement with the healthy aspect and aims at the comfortable work environment by a moderate change of sitting work and the standing work, recently the company introducing standing work into with elevating work desks in. So in this research the EMG measures are conducted concerning elevating work desk based on an ergonomic design in this research, the swelling measurement of the leg, the body part of discomfort investigation, and the performance measurement more. We performed the above at the span of three months. As all summaries, it was indicated as follows: 1. The discomfort of body decreased in the case of sitting work and standing work comparing the only sitting work. 2. The improvement of productivity of participants using the table height with free setting.
