Anisotropy in the superconducting state and c-axis resistivity of precisely oxygen controlled Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ single crystals

We have measured the angle dependence of magneto-resistivity for pure Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ single crystals with various oxygen contents. Blatter's scaling rule was applied to estimate the anisotropy γ in the superconducting state. With reducing oxygen content, obtained γ increases in proportional to the square root of the ρc at just above Tc. These results can be quantitatively explained by the Lawrence-Doniach model. However, the obtained γ has a temperature dependence, which suggests anomalous effect on the interlayer coupling η near Tc.
