抄録

We have developed a prototype Cadmium Telluride pixel detector (SP8-01) to study its performance for high energy X-ray application requirement. The pixel format is 16 16 with the pitch of 200 m 200 m. The sensor thickness is 500m and the readout ASIC contains a charge sensitive amplifier, a shaper, upper and lower discriminators and a 20 bit counter in one cell. The SP8-01 detector achieved a required wide energy dynamic range from 15 to 120 keV with an Al Schottky sensor.
