Global optimization method using chaos in dissipative system

    抄録

    A new approach called the global optimization method for the unconstrained nonlinear optimization problem is presented. This method has chaos introduced into its system and is based on the dissipative system where the inertia term and nonlinear damping term are added to the conventional gradient method. Generation of chaos can be controlled by adjusting the characteristics of the nonlinear damping term. Overriding the energy function barrier between the local minima has the process converging to the global optimal solution.
